Boujie Foodie Diary

I’m detoxing my body trying to rid myself of bad habits. I generally hate detoxing because it is so strict but I’ll get over it once I see results. Here is the 7 day plan:

  • I’m going to have smoothies in the morning and add vegan protein (I get the vanilla kind because it taste like icecream!)
  • I’m going to have a salad for lunch (pics will come next Saturday)
  • I’m going to have veggies and quinoa (you can choose brown rice) for dinner
  • Throughout the day I will have grapes as snacks
  • I think I will also add a granola bar in there (watch the sugar in take)

If you are asking why everything is in a plastic bag, it’s because I don’t have a lot of time. I am always on the go being an adjunct professor, writer, student and superwoman by night. So putting them in bags and freezing those helps me move things along much faster and it keeps the food as fresh as possible, at least for me!
