The Take Out Queen

I have lost a total of 6lbs in a week! I ate clean and worked out dirty. I worked out this week a total of 4 times this week and every time I was in the gym, I worked out for an hour. I also did the sauna because I just like chilling in the sauna. It makes me feel like I earned something. :)

This health website said to effectively lose weight one should work out at least 10 hours a week. That can be done but I think people should work their way up to 10. My goal is to do at least 5 hours a week right now and eventually get to 10.

As for the eating, I mainly cooked at home. I cooked at least 4 times this week and for anyone who knows me that is a lot because I am the take-out queen! Diet is most important when you are getting your healthy together. I don’t mean diet, do something for 6-8 weeks and get fat in 6-8 after that. I mean your lifestyle change. What you will forever commit to your body. Here are some of the foods I made. I admit I had Chinese food and gluten free pizza. I know! Bad girl!

The smoothie had mixed fruit that included kale, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, half a banana, almond milk, and sometimes I may add half a yogurt. I’m not big on dairy so I do not eat much of it. I had one of those every single morning. It kept me full until my midday snack.
